Megan Denise Fox was born on the 16th of May, 1986 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee and was raised in Rockwood, Tennessee to Gloria Darlene Tonachio (nee Cisson) as a real estate professional as well as Franklin Thomas Fox, a parole officer. At age 5 she began her dance and drama classes. She relocated to Port St. Lucie in Florida at the age of 10 where she finished her education. Megan began modeling and acting at 13 years old after she won several prizes at the 1999 American Modeling and Talent Convention, Hilton Head, South Carolina. Megan relocated to Los Angeles in California at the age of 17, after she completed her test for correspondence school. Megan made her debut on film in the role of Brianna Wallace in the Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen film, Holiday in the Sun (2001). Her most well-known roles include that of Sam Witwicky's love interest, Mikaela Benes, in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2006) and Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2010) as and April O'Neil's film reboot Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014). She was also placed at #68 in FHM magazine's "100 most sexy women in the World 2006" supplement. Maxim magazine's Hot 100 Women of 2007 List ranked her as #18. Her ancestry consists of mainly English with a little of Scottish, German and ScotsIrish (Northern Irish) and distant French and Welsh. Megan's sixth great grandma, Mary Powhatan (of the Powhatan Native American Tribe), was believed to be half-Native American.
